Lufthansa CityLine is looking for appropriate high potential individuals with balanced personality and above standard flying skills.
The complete selection procedure for pilots with Lufthansa CityLine contains a basic skills assessment with the DLR (Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt), followed by a simulator screening with Lufthansa CityLine. Successful candidates will then be invited to a final psychological assessment with the DLR.
