Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul (MRO)

Lufthansa CityLine’s MRO organization is a certified aircraft maintenance operation according to EASA Part 145 and enjoys the privileges of CAMO+ (Continuing Airworthiness Maintenance Organization) according to EASA Part M. MRO creates the preconditions for the punctual, reliable and economic operation of the aircraft in Lufthansa CityLine’s fleet.

At its own maintenance stations in Munich and Frankfurt, CityLine’s MRO provides line maintenance to the airline’s aircraft. So-called heavy maintenance – the comprehensive, regular maintenance events such as C-checks – is carried out at corporate headquarters in Cologne. In addition to the CityLine fleet, MRO also provides technical services to other operators of regional aircraft, both at CityLine locations in Germany and at client locations worldwide.
